Applicants agree to use the Website solely for the purpose of seeking the advertised opportunities and agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Employers agree to use the Website solely for the purpose of posting legitimate advertisements and agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Eligibility
A. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and meet any specific requirements outlined by Employers advertising on the Website.
B. Employers must be authorised representatives of organisations or companies offering legitimate recruitment opportunities in Canada.
User Accounts
A. In order to access certain features of the Website, Applicants and Employers may be required to create an account. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
B. Applicants and Employers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to promptly update account information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.
C. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and access to the Website at our discretion, including but not limited to accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive activities.
Posting Content
A. Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of their advertisements advertised on the Website.
B. Employers agree not to advertise content that is false, misleading or discriminatory, or that violates any applicable Canadian laws or regulations.
C. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any content advertised on the Website that we deem inappropriate, in violation of these Terms, or for any other reason, without liability to the User.
Application Process
A. Applicants must submit accurate and truthful information when applying for opportunities advertised on the Website.
B. Applicants must adhere to any specific application instructions provided by Employers.
C. We cannot guarantee employment, placement, or acceptance of a role as a result of your application via our Website.
Payment Terms
A. All invoices issued by CLI must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date. Failure to make payment within this period may result in the suspension or termination of services.
B. Users pay only for the specific services they choose, such as job posts and any applicable upgrades. The fees for these services are outlined on our Website and may vary depending on the options selected.
C. All rates advertised on our Website are exclusive of Canadian taxes.
D. Payments for services can be made using the following methods:
- Card Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards online via Stripe.
- Electronic Funds Transfers: Direct bank transfers can be made to our designated account. Details for EFT payments will be provided on the invoice.
Intellectual Property
A. The Website and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
B. Images and vectors used on our site are provided by Canva.
