Service description: Managed Job Posting + Candidate Screening Package
What’s included:
- One 30-day job posting on CauseJobs
- One job posting on LinkedIn
- Job posted to social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Client fills out an intake questionnaire about the job & provides 5 applicant screening questions they want answers for
- Light review and editing of client’s job description
- 20-minute intake call with client to understand role qualifications & approve job description
- Cause Leadership vet & score applicant resumes to confirm the applicant meets or exceeds minimum role qualifications
- Client receives a vetted shortlist of qualified applicants (Max 10)
- Applicant resumes + cover letters + answers to application screening questions delivered through a client portal
- Client is responsible for the balance of the recruitment process
- Applicant placement does not qualify for a replacement guarantee
