What’s included:
- One 30-day job posting on CauseJobs
- One job posting (i.e job slot) on LinkedIn
- Posted to social media (ex. Instagram)
- Client fills out an intake questionnaire about the job
- 30-minute intake call with client to understand role qualifications
- Creation applicant screening questions
- Post their job description to CauseJobs + LinkedIn job slot + Social Media posts
- Vet & score applicant resumes to confirm the applicant meets or exceeds minimum role qualifications.
- Client receives top 10 applicant resumes + cover letters
- Client receives applicant answers to application screening questions
- This will be delivered to the client through the Loxo client portal
- Client is responsible for the rest of the recruitment process
- Applicant placement does not qualify for a replacement guarantee

- 10 hours of (proactive) applicant sourcing
- Vet & score applicant resumes to confirm the applicant meets or exceeds minimum role qualifications
- Creation of 10 interview questions (client approves list of questions)
- 30-minute interview calls with top 10 applicants
- Client receives top 10 applicant resumes + cover letters
- Client receives applicant answers to application screening questions
- Client receives call summary and applicant scorecard
- This will be delivered to the client through the Loxo client portal Client is responsible for the rest of the recruitment process
