MAF Canada is looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to serve donors across British Columbia by building authentic relationships, inspiring generosity, and connecting supporters with the life-changing work of MAF. Mission Aviation Fellowship is a global Christian organization operating more than 120 aircraft across 29 countries. They transport medical personnel, relief workers, missionaries, patients, essential supplies, and humanitarian aid to remote communities where access is often impossible by road.

Develop, cultivate, and steward relationships with existing and prospective donors throughout British Columbia. Create and execute personalized donor engagement and moves management strategies. Identify, research, and cultivate new major gift opportunities. Build comprehensive donor profiles through thoughtful research and analysis.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, the Partnership Manager for British Columbia will cultivate and steward a portfolio of current and prospective donors across the province.
This is a relationship-first fundraising role where you'll develop meaningful connections with major donors, identify new opportunities for engagement, and help supporters see the tangible impact of their generosity.
As a key member of our Partnerships Team, you'll collaborate closely with Philanthropy, Communications, and Recruitment to strengthen donor relationships while advancing the mission of MAF Canada.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ensure donors receive meaningful appreciation and recognition. Maintain accurate donor records and interactions using Salesforce. Track fundraising activity and provide reports on donor engagement and revenue growth. Collaborate with colleagues across Partnerships, Philanthropy, Communications, and Recruitment. Support fundraising events and represent MAF within the community. Help identify volunteers and potential missionary candidates through your network.
There are no roads, no Doctors, and no 911.
The help you need is blocked by raging rivers, vast deserts, or insurmountable mountains.
If you or someone you love is sick or injured, and the nearest hospital is a 3-day walk away, you’re thankful for MAF; and a 10-minute flight that can mean the difference between life and death.
MAF airplanes help bring the love of God in tangible ways to thousands of cut- off communities around the world.
Five or more years of success in fundraising, philanthropy, business development, or relationship management. Proven experience cultivating and stewarding major donor relationships. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Confidence presenting, networking, and building trusted relationships. Strong project management and reporting abilities. A collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence. A CFRE designation is considered an asset but is not required.
Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation. Ability to travel within Canada as required. Clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check. Alignment with MAF Canada's Statement of Faith, Community Standards, and organizational policies.
