Who We Are
The Dam is partnering with youth to create an inclusive community where all are welcomed, valued and respected. We operate 2 drop-ins in the neighborhoods of Cooksville and Meadowvale in Mississauga.
Position Overview
The CASP & Employment Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of two interrelated programs funded by the Region of Peel:
- Youth Employment Program (YEP): Enhancing youth job readiness through training, mentorship, and employer engagement.
- CASP (Community Agency Support Program): Providing housing subsidies and wrap-around supports to help eligible youth maintain stable, appropriate housing.
The Coordinator will lead the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of both programs while supporting youth participants in building sustainable futures. This role requires a strong balance of administrative diligence, community engagement, and youth development expertise.
