The Opportunity
Scott Mission is seeking a Director of Ministry who brings spiritual maturity and strategic leadership to champion a deeply Christ-centered culture across every program and team.

With direct oversight to 4-5 staff (Camp Director, Daycare Manager, Program Manager, Manager of Program Development, and potentially another Manager), indirect oversight to front line workers across the Greater Toronto Area, a $3.5 million budget, and a seat on the Leadership Team, this role is a trusted spiritual voice and organizational architect that works closely with other senior leaders to advance innovation, accountability, and mission alignment—helping Scott Mission deliver life-changing impact with excellence and faithfulness.
